What will be deleted?
Account and profile
Your name, role, general neighborhood, languages, availability, care details and saved information on supported platforms.
Marketplace history
Associated jobs, applications, conversations and pilot records are deleted or de-identified as required.
Before continuing
- Save any care or hiring conversations you need to keep.
- Deleting an account is different from signing out or pausing a profile.
Limited record retention
After deletion, some safety, fraud-prevention or legally required records may remain for a limited purpose and period, separate from ordinary product use.
Delete through the mobile app
In the app, open Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. You can also request deletion here.
Used the earlier website demo?
Use this option only for an older Nanny Gigs demo account created with Sign in with ChatGPT. It is separate from your main Nanny Gigs account.
